Our Policy
Paperman operates on a no-refund policy. All subscription payments are final.
By subscribing to Paperman, you agree that you have reviewed our service and are satisfied with your decision to purchase.
Monthly Subscriptions
- If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period
- Your subscription will not renew after cancellation
Annual Subscriptions
- If you cancel your annual subscription, you will retain access until the end of your 12-month period
- No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation
- Your subscription will not renew after cancellation
Free Trials
- At the end of your free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan
- You will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends
- This is clearly communicated when you start your trial
- If you forget to cancel and are charged, this is not grounds for a refund
- By continuing past the trial period, we assume you are satisfied with Paperman and wish to continue
When We May Consider a Refund
While our standard policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following situations:
- Accidental double charge — if you were charged twice for the same subscription
- Technical error — if a system error caused an incorrect charge
- Duplicate accounts — if the same person accidentally subscribed on two different accounts
These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund consideration:
- Email us at founder@silentiuminsights.com
- Include your account email and details of the issue
- Submit your request within 14 days of the charge in question
Requests made after 14 days will not be considered.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback
- Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues
