Our Policy

Paperman operates on a no-refund policy. All subscription payments are final.

By subscribing to Paperman, you agree that you have reviewed our service and are satisfied with your decision to purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period
  • Your subscription will not renew after cancellation

Annual Subscriptions

  • If you cancel your annual subscription, you will retain access until the end of your 12-month period
  • No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation
  • Your subscription will not renew after cancellation

Free Trials

  • At the end of your free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan
  • You will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends
  • This is clearly communicated when you start your trial
  • If you forget to cancel and are charged, this is not grounds for a refund
  • By continuing past the trial period, we assume you are satisfied with Paperman and wish to continue

When We May Consider a Refund

While our standard policy is no refunds, we may consider exceptions in the following situations:

  • Accidental double charge — if you were charged twice for the same subscription
  • Technical error — if a system error caused an incorrect charge
  • Duplicate accounts — if the same person accidentally subscribed on two different accounts

These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund consideration:

  • Email us at founder@silentiuminsights.com
  • Include your account email and details of the issue
  • Submit your request within 14 days of the charge in question

Requests made after 14 days will not be considered.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback
  • Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues
